2. How do I book a trip?
Simply choose your preferred trip, click “Join the Crew,” and follow the booking steps. We’ll confirm everything via email and WhatsApp.
3. What’s included in the trip price?
Your trip includes accommodation, some meals, group activities, and local transport. Flights to the destination are usually separate.
4. Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, cancellation policies vary by trip. Generally, early cancellations get partial or full refunds. Check the detailed policy in the T&C or contact us anytime.
5. I’m travelling solo. Will I be safe?
Absolutely! Our trips are designed to be safe, fun, and supportive. You’ll be with like-minded travellers and have access to our team throughout the trip.
6. What if I have special dietary requirements?
Let us know during booking! We do our best to accommodate dietary needs like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies.
7. How many people are usually in a group?
Groups typically range from 8 to 20 travellers—big enough for fun, small enough to connect.

Rooms are typically shared with travellers of the same gender unless you request a private or mixed room option (if available). We aim to create a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.

15. What happens if the minimum number of travellers isn’t met?
If we don’t reach the minimum group size (12 travellers), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to move your booking to the next available departure.
16. When will I know if the trip is confirmed?
We usually confirm the trip at least 15–20 days before departure. You’ll be kept updated on the status, and your payment is 100% secure.
